Job summary

RMCI, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects across the United States.

This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing complex programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale environments. Responsibilities include managing teams and subcontractors, tracking budgets, creating schedules, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading a team through complex project execution.
• Experience managing field staff and aligning with project goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills; bilingual a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 10+ years of relative construction experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Recruit, assemble, and manage project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
• Create schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions.
• Establish quality standards and conduct inspections to meet specs and regulations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; ensure safety compliance and reporting.
