RMCI, a Nox Group company, seeks an experienced HSE Superintendent to lead health, safety, and environmental efforts on large-scale data center and critical construction projects in the United States. You will implement HSE plans, provide technical guidance, and drive risk management on-site.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction HSE or related degree, OSHA/NFPA certifications, and proven supervisory experience.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years HSE construction experience or related degree.
• Experience supervising small teams on projects.
• Proven ability to manage HSE for up to 250 employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.

Responsabilidades

• Support HSE management systems and project-specific plans.
• Provide technical guidance to the project.
• Plan and mitigate risks with management and workers.
• Conduct HSE training and track completion.
• Lead incident investigations and reports.
• Communicate HSE status with management.
• Support injury management and workers’ comp cases.
• Provide direction to supervised employees.
