Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years as an Area Superintendent on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Knowledge of data center-specific systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Area construction activities for the data center project from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the Project General Superintendent to ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are maintained.
• Enforce compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
