Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy for data center projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Commercial Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 10-15 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on construction, real estate, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and execution for data center projects, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial issues and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop commercial proposals and pricing models.
• Lead project cost management activities, including GMP establishment, change order evaluation, and final accounting.
• Review and negotiate master contracts with General Contractors and Architects to ensure policy compliance.
