Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for our Data Center Services in the Americas. You will own the commercial stance for key accounts, lead customer meetings, and drive training to mitigate risk and optimize contracting outcomes.

You will collaborate with legal and business teams to finalize contracts, support tender and re-tender processes, and promote best practices across regional and global operations. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Data Center Commercial Managers experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Law, Postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial position of accounts, attend customer meetings, conduct reviews, and rollout training.
• Support transition of new wins and manage risk with operations and procurement teams.
• Assist with contract negotiations and ensure compliance with risk policies and contracting standards.
• Educate internal stakeholders on commercial best practices and provide guidance at tender and contract stages.
