You will drive cost reductions, ensure financial controls and manage contract risks, while coordinating with Design, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams. The role requires senior-level experience in commercial management, data center familiarity, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, financial or related field.
• Senior-level commercial management experience.
• Data center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Power BI and cost management tools.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Contract: procure third-party consultants and develop RFPs for commercial management services.
• Develop procurement strategies with CM team and negotiate contract terms.
• Prepare budgets, cost models and market insights for senior management approvals.
• Post-Contract: monitor budget adherence, manage cost saving initiatives, and report cash flow.
