Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in team staffing, development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team, mentor, train, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, tasks, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage client relations, meet MSA requirements, and communicate with senior management.
• Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions.
• Verify data hall conditions, ensure deployments meet standards, and document meticulously.
• Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Lead by example, embody CBRE's RISE values.
