CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive our national strategy for expanding in the data center market. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, winning work, building client relationships and driving growth in this critical sector.

The ideal candidate has experience selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects for data centers, including power delivery, water systems and civil/site works. Hybrid work options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Travel 20%–40% may be required depending on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major data center clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with data center clients.
• Leading winning proposal efforts.
• Expanding market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborating with our award-winning technology group to leverage innovative tools that enhance project delivery.
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
