CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive national growth in the data center sector. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, winning work, building strong client relationships, and guiding full project delivery from planning through construction.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects for data centers, with expertise in power delivery, water systems, and civil/site work. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency varies by duties.
• Equivalent additional related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major data center clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with data center clients.
• Leading winning proposal efforts.
• Expanding market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborating with our award-winning technology group to leverage innovative tools that enhance project delivery.
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
