Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group.

This role will sit at either the Westminster or Englewood office locations and requires experience in Land Development, Real Estate Development, and/or Construction. You will lead and coordinate civil engineering projects, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with design standards across multiple sites nationwide, with travel to project sites

Qualifications

• Eight years of total experience, with four years as a Project Manager or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; other degrees may be substituted at management's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manages Land Development Data Center civil engineering projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Consults with clients to determine project requirements.
• Analyzes soil, terrain, hydrological data to plan and design projects.
• Conducts site visits to assess conditions and progress.
• Prepares reports, designs, plans, and construction documents.
• Oversees on-site construction observations and progress.
• Produces calculations and inspection reports using discipline-specific software.
• Supports team communication throughout design, production, approval and construction processes.
