Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service or after-sales technical support roles, with deep familiarity with Chiller products working principles, structures, and common troubleshooting methods.
• Familiarity with the data center industry, with a foundational understanding of engineering field operations.
• Have a strong interest in and learning agility to new technologies and innovations.
• Eligible to work with any U.S employer without immediate work visa sponsorship requirement for now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex faults in large water dispenser/chiller products, remotely or on-site.
• Organize failure reviews, produce technical bulletins and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with front-end sales to support after-sales solutions and participate in key account servicing and business negotiations.
• Develop and refine system documentation for after-sales services.
• Create and update technical training documentation for large water products.
• Organize talent development and technical training sessions for customers and service providers.
