Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking an After-sales Engineer for Data Center to diagnose and resolve complex faults in data center products, providing remote and on-site support while ensuring rapid problem resolution.

You will drive after-sales system development, create and update training materials, organize customer trainings, and collaborate with sales to support service delivery and platform expansion across the U.S. market, with emphasis on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in after-sales service or technical support, familiar with data center products (magnetic levitation large water units, CDUs, air walls, precision air conditioners)

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of faults in data center products, providing remote and on-site support
• Develop and optimize technical training documents for data center products
• Consolidate standard solutions and technical intelligence to support platform business expansion
