Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking an experienced after-sales specialist to support data center products, including magnetic levitation water units, CDUs, air walls, and precision air conditioners. You will diagnose faults, provide remote and on-site assistance, and collaborate with sales on key accounts.

You will develop training materials for technicians and customers, and help expand platform services by documenting standard solutions and best practices learned on customer projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in after-sales service or technical support for data center products.
• Familiar with magnetic levitation large water units, CDUs, air walls, and precision air conditioners.
• Fluent in English and local languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis, analysis and resolution of faults in data center products, remote and on-site.
• Organize fault reviews and provide improvement plans.
• Collaborate with front-end sales for after-sales support in business negotiations.
• Prepare and continuously optimize technical training documents for data center products.
• Regularly organize talent development and technical training for customers, after-sales staff, and service providers.
• Based on customer projects, consolidate standard solutions and typical application cases.
