Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to lead capacity planning for global data center power, cooling, and space. You will build and mentor a small team, driving efficient utilization and accuracy across forecasting workflows.

You will implement audits, reporting, and lifecycle processes to meet SOC 2 and SOX requirements, while applying AI to streamline operations and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in critical environments with data center capacity/power management.
• Experience optimizing power utilization in data centers or critical infra.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead capacity planning across power, cooling, space, and availability.
• Define infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Perform regular physical audits to support SOC 2/SOX compliance.
• Provide lifecycle support including EOL planning and decommissioning.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve decision-making and efficiency.
