CrowdStrike seeks a Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to build and lead a team focused on power, space, and infrastructure optimization across our global data center footprint.

Reporting to a Senior Manager of Data Center Operations, this role drives four core areas: planning, auditing, reporting, and lifecycle support, with emphasis on SOC 2 and SOX compliance and AI-enhanced decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in critical environments with data center capacity experience.
• Proven ability to optimize power utilization and capacity.
• Hands-on technnical environment managing evolving environments.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to influence across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of data center power, cooling, network, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead capacity planning across power, cooling, space and availability.
• Define and iterate infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Conduct regular physical audits for SOC 2 and SOX readiness.
• Support project management, track SLAs, and manage EOL planning.
• Apply AI to improve decision-making and efficiency.
