You will own capacity planning, auditing, and reporting, driving data-driven decisions in a rapidly expanding environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, DCIM-driven optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support SOC 2 and SOX compliance while delivering reliable, scalable capacity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in critical environments with data center capacity and power management.
• Experience optimizing power utilization in data centers.
• Hands-on technical environment experience leveraging technology to manage and grow environments.
• Experience in personnel management, building and growing a team.
• Strong knowledge of data center power, cooling, network, structured cabling, servers and storage infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM software for capacity planning.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and SOX compliance contexts.
• Excellent spreadsheet analysis and AI modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space and availability.
• Define, implement, and iterate capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Data Center Physical Audits to ensure asset and capacity data integrity for compliance.
• Project management support including tracking SLAs and end-of-life planning.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance decision-making, improve workflows and drive outcomes.
