Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant B2B account management experience.
• Proven success retaining and growing existing customer accounts through repeat projects and expansion across facilities.
• Experience managing relationships with data center customers, contractors, or infrastructure integrators.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, including data center owners and operators, colocation providers, hyperscale customers, general contractors, electrical contractors, and infrastructure integrators.
• Develop relationships with corporate decision-makers and site-level stakeholders across construction, infrastructure engineering, operations, procurement, and project management.
• Understand each customer’s priorities, project requirements, procurement processes, and upcoming infrastructure plans.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and account reviews to discuss delivery performance, feedback, and future requirements.
• Identify customer concerns early and coordinate timely resolution with project management and delivery teams.
