Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos seeks a results-oriented Business Development professional to drive revenue growth in data center and mission-critical infrastructure across the U.S. You will lead client engagements, shape commercial strategy, and close deals with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients.

The role offers autonomy, a strong bonus/commission structure (OTE up to $250K), and exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure projects in a rapidly scaling market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in business development or sales within electrical or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience within data centers or closely related infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure (power, critical systems, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients.
• Identify and pursue opportunities aligned with power and infrastructure availability.
• Lead commercial discussions from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to position electrical and technical solutions effectively.
• Support go-to-market strategy and contribute to pipeline growth within target regions.
