Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our data center team, supporting ongoing US projects. This role involves working alongside senior project managers on RFPs, contract negotiations, and coordinating design/construction teams across sites.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years’ experience with large building projects. Local office proximity is preferred, with onsite work as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction, or Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs, solicit proposals, negotiate and manage contracts.
• Coordinate design and construction teams and maintain project governance.
• Conduct field quality control of craft trades at site and ensure successful project turnover.
