Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our data center team across the United States. You will work side‑by‑side with senior project managers on all aspects of project management, including preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, and guiding contracts and design/construction teams toward successful turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in all aspects of project management.
• Prepare RFPs, solicit proposals, negotiate and manage contracts.
• Coordinate design and construction teams, maintain project governance, and conduct field quality control at site.
• Ensure successful project turnover and mentor toward becoming a Project Manager.
