Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction, or Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects.
- Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.
Responsibilities
- Prepare RFPs and solicit proposals, negotiating and managing contracts.
- Coordinate design and construction teams and maintain project governance.
- Conduct field quality control of the craft trades at site and ensure successful project turnover.
