Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our data center team. You will work side‑by‑side with senior project managers on all aspects of project management, including preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating design and construction teams, maintaining project governance, and ensuring successful project turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction, or Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs, solicit proposals, negotiate and manage contracts.
• Coordinate design and construction teams and maintain project governance.
• Conduct field quality control of the craft trades at site and ensure successful project turnover.
