Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Manager, Architectural Design to lead design reviews and ensure technical compliance across civil, structural, and architectural standards for data center projects. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, vendors, and operations to drive efficient, scalable solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of data center design and construction, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, travel up to 25%, and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Field experience of 10+ years can substitute for this requirement.
• Minimum 5 years' Design or project management experience within data center environment strongly preferred.
• Architecture license preferred.
• Mechanical/Electrical understanding a plus.
• Advanced experience in Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design Review and responsibility for civil, structural, and architectural standards and updates.
• Review and responsibility for each phase of design deliverable.
• Lead technical investigations and validate project readiness for service.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to align with industry standards.
