Job summary

A leading technology client is seeking a Design Project Manager to support planning, design, and construction of large-scale data center projects. This role will coordinate internal stakeholders, design consultants, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to design requirements.

The role is hybrid on-site 2-3 times a month. You will focus on planning, design coordination, and construction support, with emphasis on risk management,

Responsibilities

• Manage data center design projects from kickoff through construction support.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, construction, and consultant teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk logs, and design deliverables.
• Lead design review meetings and track comments through resolution.
• Manage consultant contracts, scope changes, and amendments.
• Support constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost-estimating efforts.
• Coordinate design changes, RFIs, and technical issues during construction.
• Track project documentation, decisions, risks, and project reporting.
• Drive communication across stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
