Aligned Data Centers in the United States seeks a Senior Design Manager to lead design management across data center projects. You will coordinate with land enablement, architects, and operations, manage budgets, schedules, and design deliverables, and mentor design teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 9+ years in commercial construction design with data center experience, a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering, and strong leadership, communication, and cost-control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 9+ years of progressive experience in managing commercial construction project design programs, preferably data centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive design management from inception through design hand-off and turnover to Operations.
• Coordinate with land enablement, architects, consultants, and Operations to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Lead design teams and manage budgets, schedules, and design deliverables across multiple projects.
