Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Integrated Design Manager to lead design management for major data center projects, including colocation and hyperscale builds. You will oversee design teams, partners, and CM to drive efficiencies, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery within a complex, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 9+ years progressive experience in successfully managing commercial construction project design programs, data center experience preferred.
• Mechanical/Electrical background preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from inception through customer turnover, focusing on preconstruction and design phases.
• Lead design management, onboarding of third-party design teams, and creation of design schedules.
• Coordinate with CM, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design compliance and meeting budgets and timelines.
• Report progress to leadership and manage project metrics across dashboards.
