Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of proposal and bidding experience.
• Basic financial and commercial aptitude.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution products and systems.
• Experience evaluating SLDs, relay PLC schemes, and networks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel on short notice.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs by drafting and submitting bids.
• Follow up on opportunities to determine win/loss status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Engage in commercial contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Keep records of contracts, bids, and proposals.
• Create/modify project drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
• Monitor sector trends and competitor actions for opportunities and risks.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and events as needed.
