You will support media strategy with data analytics, establish best practices, and explore AI-driven ideation and data-sharing use cases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ad/media research and analytics.
• Understanding of statistical best practices for testing and reporting.
• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with clean rooms and/or publisher analytics environments.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client data strategy across lines of business to expand data analytics usage.
• Investigate future-proofing strategies across the marketing tech landscape and vendors.
• Expand attribution capabilities using advanced modeling and data sharing.
• Provide guidance on partner integrations including first-party data expansion.
• Lead data strategy projects with client communication and product ownership.
• Utilize AI for ideation and data sharing support.
• Develop publisher analytics environments and clean room analyses with insights.
• Develop testing recommendations for new technology implementations and end-to-end testing.
• Support data teams including audience, data science, and performance analytics.
