Job summary

Vanguard is seeking high-potential graduates for its Technology Leadership Program (TLP) in Data & Analytics. You will rotate through three eight-month assignments, turning data into insights that inform business decisions, improve operations, and enhance client experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership development, collaboration with analysts, engineers, and business leaders, and hands-on projects across data domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data & Analytics or related field.
• Strong interest in using data to solve business problems.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI.
• Proven leadership potential and ability to take ownership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• GPA 3.2+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to uncover insights that inform decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations communicating trends.
• Partner with business and tech teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Apply data governance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Use SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud platforms to support analytics work.
