You will work on cloud-based platforms, full-stack development, and internal systems, collaborating with engineering, product teams, and business partners while building leadership capabilities through hands-on projects and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE/IST/IT/CIS or related field.
• Strong interest in application development (web/mobile/backend).
• Familiarity with Java, Python, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance applications for Vanguard's internal systems and client platforms.
• Develop scalable solutions using cloud, APIs, and full-stack development.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver high-impact outcomes for the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product teams, and business partners.
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver iterative solutions.
• Participate in technical capstones, hackathons, and innovation initiatives.
