The Vanguard Group is launching its Technology Leadership Program (TLP) in Data Analytics to groom the next generation of IT leaders through hands-on rotations and collaboration with business and technology partners.

As a participant, you will analyze data, build dashboards, and translate insights into actions across multiple rotations, gaining exposure to different data domains while developing leadership capabilities.

Vanguard’s Technology Leadership Program (TLP) is designed to develop the next generation of IT leaders through hands-on experience, collaboration, and rotational learning. Through three unique rotations, you will build deep expertise in data and analytics while developing the leadership skills needed to drive strategic impact across Vanguard.

The Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed for graduating students ready to begin their careers in technology. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across Data & Analytics-focused teams, gaining exposure to different business areas, data domains, and analytical challenges while increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership capability over time.
