The Vanguard Group is launching its Technology Leadership Program (TLP) in Data Analytics to groom the next generation of IT leaders through hands-on rotations and collaboration with business and technology partners.

As a participant, you will analyze data, build dashboards, and translate insights into actions across multiple rotations, gaining exposure to different data domains while developing leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams to translate data into insights

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that support business decisions
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key trends and outcomes
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Apply data management and governance principles to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Use tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud-based platforms to support analytics work
• Deliver insights that influence business strategy and improve client and operational outcomes
• Take ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high-impact results
• Collaborate across teams, share insights, and drive solutions in a supportive environment
• Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers
