Job summary

PTR Global seeks a Database Engineer 3/Data Analytics in Charlotte, NC, with 4+ years of data engineering, BI, and analytics experience. The role blends on-site and remote work 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, within a 18-month contract.

You will design robust data pipelines, build executive dashboards, and communicate insights to leadership. You will leverage Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling to deliver strategic analytics, while collaborating with Agile teams and stakeholders to

Qualifications

4+ years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
Advanced experience with Tableau or comparable visualization platforms.
Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration skills.
Experience working with Agile, Product, Engineering, or Technology delivery teams.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for executives.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and enterprise reports.
Create data models and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics.
Partner with Agile teams to drive data-driven decisions and storytelling.
