Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy program management role
• PMP certification or equivalent -- used to structure ambiguity, not just manage schedules
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, or similar)
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure from scratch across multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience in capital-intensive industries -- energy, utilities, infrastructure, real estate, or logistics strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work backward from a messy data landscape and build clean, scalable systems that others depend on

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning the full site lifecycle across hundreds to thousands of locations
• Build and manage data models that integrate multiple sources into a single source of truth
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks embedded into PMO and capital workflows
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance, milestones
• Identify data gaps and ownership ambiguities and build mechanisms to fix them
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure costs flow into capital budgets
• Drive automation opportunities across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling requirements
