Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager to lead the analytics backbone for a large energy and power planning program. You will own centralized trackers, build data models, and deliver real-time dashboards across hundreds to thousands of sites.

Candidates should have 5+ years in data-heavy roles, PMP or equivalent, strong SQL and BI tool experience, and a proven ability to create scalable tracking systems informing cross-functional decisions and capital approvals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-heavy role or data-heavy program management across large portfolios
• PMP certification or equivalent for structuring ambiguity
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau/Power BI/Quicksight)
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning the full site lifecycle across hundreds to thousands of locations
• Build and manage data models that integrate inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks embedding due diligence outputs into PMO and capital workflows
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards surfacing portfolio risk, cost variance, milestones, and gaps
• Identify data gaps, ownership ambiguities, and process breakdowns; build trackers, playbooks, and escalation frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure utility infrastructure and interconnect costs flow into capital budgets
• Drive automation opportunities across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling improvement requirements
