CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager to own the analytics backbone for a high-scale energy and power planning function.

You will manage large datasets across hundreds to thousands of active sites, translating raw data into actionable decisions and building the tracking infrastructure the team relies on. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-heavy analyst or program management role.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, or similar).
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries -- energy, utilities, infrastructure, real estate, or logistics strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work backward from a messy data landscape and build clean, scalable systems that others depend on.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning the full site lifecycle across hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Build and manage data models that integrate inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks that embed due diligence into PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards highlighting portfolio risk, cost variance, and milestone status.
• Identify data gaps, ownership ambiguities, and process breakdowns and build trackers, playbooks, and escalations to fix them.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure utility infrastructure and interconnect costs flow into budgets.
• Drive automation opportunities across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling requirements.
