The role emphasizes data modeling, centralized analytics, and cross-functional coordination with PMO, Finance, Capital Management, and Construction stakeholders, driving on-time delivery and risk visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy program management role.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience.
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries like energy, utilities, or logistics.
• Able to work from a messy data landscape to scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across the full site lifecycle.
• Build data models that serve as a single source of truth.
• Design risk tracking frameworks for capital workflows.
• Produce executive dashboards showing portfolio risk and milestones.
• Identify data gaps and establish escalation mechanisms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align costs with budgets.
• Lead automation efforts across high-frequency data workflows.
