Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-heavy program management or data analyst role.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguity and drive cross-functional outcomes.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across hundreds to thousands of sites.
• Build data models and a single source of truth for portfolio health.
• Embed due diligence outputs into PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce real-time portfolio risk, cost, and milestone dashboards.
• Identify data gaps and build escalation and governance mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and costs.
