CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Data Analytics Program Manager to own analytics backbone for a large-scale energy and infrastructure portfolio. You will manage datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, translating data into decisions and building tracking infrastructure.

This role emphasizes data modeling, risk tracking, and real-time dashboards to support PMO, Capital Management, Pre-Construction, and Construction stakeholders. Strong Excel, SQL, and BI tooling are required, with PMP preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy program management role managing large datasets.
• PMP certification or equivalent to structure ambiguity, not just schedules.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience.
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries preferred.

• Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning the full site lifecycle across hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Build and manage data models that consolidate inputs into a single source of truth.
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks embedded in capital workflows.
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards surfaced in real time.
• Identify data gaps and build mechanisms to fix them with trackers and playbooks.
• Partner with teams to ensure utility costs flow into budgets.
• Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling requirements.
