Job summary

You will manage large datasets across hundreds of sites, translating raw data into actionable decisions and building the tracking infrastructure the team relies on. Qualifications

• Data-heavy program management experience across large portfolios.
• Strong SQL and Python capabilities to model and analyze data.
• Excel/Sheets and BI tools experience: Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries such as energy/utilities/real estate.
• Ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across the full site lifecycle and portfolio.
• Build data models that integrate inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design risk tracking frameworks embedding due diligence into flows.
• Produce executive-level dashboards showing portfolio risk and milestones.
• Identify data gaps and build mechanisms to fix them with playbooks and rhythms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align utility costs with budgets.
• Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and tooling requirements.
