Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy program management role
• PMP certification or equivalent used to structure ambiguity, not just schedules
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, or similar)
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning the full site lifecycle across hundreds to thousands of locations
• Build and manage data models that consolidate inputs into a single source of truth for portfolio health, risk, cost and timeline status
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks that embed site-level due diligence into PMO and capital workflows
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards that surface portfolio risk, cost variance, milestone status and coverage gaps
• Identify data gaps and process breakdowns across stakeholder groups and build trackers, playbooks, operating rhythms and escalation frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure costs flow into capital budgets and approvals
• Drive automation opportunities across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling improvement requirements
