You will manage datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, turning raw data into decisions and building tracking infrastructure for PMO, Finance, and Construction teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-heavy program management or data analytics role.
• Experience managing large, multi-site datasets and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable decisions and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across site lifecycles from demand forecasting to construction delivery.
• Build data models integrating inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design risk tracking frameworks linking due diligence outputs to PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance, and milestone status.
• Identify data gaps and establish trackers, playbooks, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure costs flow into capital budgets.
• Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling requirements.
