Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Human Services, Social Work, Data Science or Business Administration.
• Four years of experience directing quality assurance frameworks and compliance initiatives with federal, state, and local mandates.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategies to enhance governance and reporting.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to show departmental health.
• Monitor program viability to ensure quality and customer experience.
• Oversee compliance with legislative and program mandates.
• Lead responses to audit findings with corrective action plans.
