Job summary

The Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks an Administrator I to support the Data Analytics and Performance Office. You will help advance FIA’s data, performance, and integrity priorities by coordinating reporting processes and performance initiatives, translating data into insights, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

You’ll collaborate with analysts and program leadership across FIA divisions.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Experience: Four years of administrative staff or professional work.
• Notes: Substitutions for education or experience may be allowed as described in the vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Supports alignment of performance metrics with FIA's strategic goals and priorities.
• Coordinates development, compilation, and distribution of recurring and ad-hoc performance reports across FIA programs.
• Supports preparation and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and visual management tools for FIA leadership.
• Identifies opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
