Maryland Department of Human Services is seeking a Data Analyst Manager in Maryland to lead data governance, reporting, and performance analysis. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local mandates.

This role focuses on improving operational efficiency across the department. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in a relevant field and at least four years directing QA frameworks and data programs in public sector

Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
• Experience directing quality assurance frameworks and compliance initiatives.
• Three years of experience in data management and analysis in government/public sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic data governance and reporting.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to illustrate departmental health.
• Monitor program viability and ensure services meet quality standards.
• Oversee audits and compliance with mandates; coordinate action plans.
