Job summary

The Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks an Administrator I to support FIA’s data analytics, performance and integrity priorities. You will coordinate reporting processes, help develop performance tools, and translate data into actionable insights to strengthen accountability.

The role requires collaboration with data analysts and program leadership across FIA divisions. You will help track performance outcomes across TCA, SNAP, Medical Assistance, and Workforce Development,

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Experience: Four years of administrative staff or professional work.

Responsibilities

• Supports alignment of performance metrics with FIA's strategic goals.
• Coordinates development, compilation, and distribution of recurring and ad-hoc performance reports across FIA programs (TCA, SNAP, MA, Workforce Development).
• Supports dashboards, scorecards, and visual management tools used by FIA leadership.
• Identifies opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.
