Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management – Data and Analytics to define strategy, drive roadmap execution, and deliver the WaveMark analytics portfolio. You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, partnering with customers, engineering, and leadership to improve healthcare supply chain and clinical workflows.

You will also lead and develop a Product Management team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement aligned with Cardinal Health values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, healthcare technology and data & analytics preferred.
• Experience with people leadership is highly desired.
• Healthcare IT, supply chain, inventory management, or clinical workflow experience is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills highly desired.
• Demonstrated success delivering products from concept through commercialization preferred.
• Strong Agile product development experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead products through the full lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Prioritize product investments using customer, market, and business insights.
• Partner with Engineering to drive Agile product development and delivery.
• Define success metrics and monitor product adoption and performance following Operating Model and best practices for product development.
• Gather and translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research.
