Job summary

10ML is seeking a senior analytics lead to own the analytics stack, build trusted metrics, and partner with growth on attribution and forecasting. You will drive data quality, privacy, and governance across the company while enabling self-serve insights for leadership and teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or data science in e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer tech.
• Excellent SQL and Python, and experience with dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with GA4, product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude or similar) and BI tools.
• Solid statistics: experiment design, causal inference, forecasting.
• The ability to explain a complex finding in two clear sentences, in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics stack: event tracking, the warehouse, data models and dashboards
• Build trusted metrics for revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, cohorts and retention, and make them self-serve
• Partner with growth on attribution, incrementality and marketing mix modelling
• Build demand forecasting for inventory and purchasing with the supply team
• Run deep dives that answer the questions leadership is asking this week
• Set data quality, privacy and governance standards for the whole company
