Job summary

10ML is seeking a Head of Growth to own the growth engine across European markets, including acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion into new countries and channels. You will lead performance marketing, SEO, CRM and partnerships, set targets and budgets, and run rigorous experimentation across the site and onboarding.

The role requires 8+ years in growth, hands-on analytics with GA4/SQL, and fluent English; German or another EU language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing in D2C e-commerce or similar.
• Led teams for 3+ years.
• Proven scaling of paid and organic across multiple EU countries.
• Fluent in English; German or another EU language a plus.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin, cohort retention.
• Hands-on with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SQL-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and metrics for European markets.
• Lead performance marketing, SEO, CRM and partnerships; set targets and budgets.
• Run rigorous experimentation across site, checkout, offers, onboarding.
• Plan market entry and localisation for new EU countries with content, care and operations.
• Build forecasting and reporting for leadership decisions.
• Turn 10ML perfume decants into the standard trial method.
