Job summary

10ML, a European perfume retailer, seeks a Head of Growth to own the growth engine across European markets. You will drive acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion into new channels with a strong focus on profitability.

You will lead performance marketing, SEO, CRM and partnerships, set budgets, and run a rigorous experimentation programme across the site, checkout, offers and onboarding. Remote EU work is supported, with an office option in Dortmund.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing in D2C, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven scaling of paid and organic channels across multiple European markets.
• Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, contribution margin and cohort retention.
• Hands-on with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and SQL-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and metrics: new customers, conversion, AOV, retention, payback across Europe.
• Lead performance marketing, SEO, CRM and partnerships; set targets and budgets.
• Run rigorous experimentation across site, checkout, offers and onboarding.
• Plan market entry and localisation with content, care and operations.
• Build forecasting and reporting for leadership to allocate budget.
• Turn 10ML decants into the go-to fragrance trial for Europeans.
